We hired Sandra’s team for some updates to our front room, dining room, hallway and foyer. This included smoothing out the walls (they were textured and looked like frosting); smoothing out some areas on the ceilings in those areas; painting the walls and ceilings in those areas, and adding floorboards and crown molding. Overall we are pretty happy with the work that they had done and it took them a couple of days less than they had estimated (8 instead of 10). But most of all, we were extremely happy about the price. The amount we paid was a little under $6K and the only other contractor who gave us a quote wanted to charge us over $30K. Thirty-thousand dollars! No kidding! Sandra is a joy to work with and you couldn’t find a sweeter person. I attached some before and after photos.
