We called on Abco Home Remodel for all of our tenant improvements, especially painting and wallpaper hanging when we were renting and then all of our home repair and remodeling needs once we bought our first home. I originally chose them because of the professionalism of the staff. You could just tell right off the bat that they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They provided us lots of options for the kitchen countertops and cabinet designs and had some great suggestions for the other home renovations like carpet installation and energy efficient door and window replacements as well. They are also great at carpentry and new construction, we know because we hired them as a garage builder and a masonry contractor to build an adjoining retaining wall. Our garage looks and functions amazingly well! The repairs are always done in a timely manner. I will definitely keep using them for all of our future home projects.

We hired Sandra's team for some updates to our front room, dining room, hallway and foyer. This included smoothing out the walls (they were textured and looked like frosting); smoothing out some areas on the ceilings in those areas; painting the walls and ceilings in those areas, and adding floorboards and crown molding. Overall we are pretty happy with the work that they had done and it took them a couple of days less than they had estimated (8 instead of 10). But most of all, we were extremely happy about the price. The amount we paid was a little under $6K and the only other contractor who gave us a quote wanted to charge us over $30K. Thirty-thousand dollars! No kidding! Sandra is a joy to work with and you couldn't find a sweeter person. I attached some before and after photos. Note that the pictures with the gray colored walls are the "after" photos and the ones with the earth tones are the "before" photos.
